2093559 - Confidential Directory information can be accessed by none authorized users

The following has been observed:

• In the ideal case, a user that does not have access to a confidential directory, should not be able see or search information on this directory.
• The problem is that there is a gap in the system which is allowing non-authorized users to see certain information about users in this secured directory, even when not having the correct rights to see this information.
