2093587 - SMP: After server restart unable to login to SCC with known username/password

Symptom

  1. SMP Server was restarted (or at minimum SCC services were restarted)
  2. Logging in with known username/password fails
  3. In the agent log the following error is logged:
    2014-11-10 21:59:43,541 [WARN ] [sup.SUPDelegateLoginModule                   ] [RMI TCP Connection(28032)-10.10.10.10] - Authentication failed The SUP Home is not set properly!
