• You can use the organizational chart as a starting point for finding information about an employee. As soon as you open the chart, you’ll see a full view of your entire team. Click on a manager’s box and you instantly see one level down. If there are more people on the team than you have room on your screen, use the zoom feature to shrink the entire chart to better fit your screen. Or, go the other way; enlarge the chart to get a better view of an employee’s photo.
   
• By default you will see a shadow figure if there is no photo loaded for a person. Depending on how you have your instance configured, users may be able to upload their own photo, or photos may be loaded by an administrator.
   
• Photos cannot currently be permissioned by role, so once enabled all people with access to the org chart will see everyone's photos.
   
• If you do not intend to load photos for people, then you can disable this feature for all users.
   
• Go to admin tools > System Properties > Company System and Logo Settings > Check or uncheck the option for: "Show photo in org chart" to enable or disable photos within the organizational charts.
   
• There is no particular size or shape requirements for photos, so long as any 1 image is less that 2MB in size, however we do recommend that a size ratio of 2w x 3h is used as this is the optimal ratio based on how the SuccessFactors Application is set to use photos throughout the application.
