2094287 - HanaBulkCopy issue with DBNull values

Symptom

Using the bulk copy class of the SAP HANA ADO.NET provider. you get the following error:

Sap.Data.Hana.HanaException (0x80004005): Value types for each parameter must be the same for bulk inserts.
   at Sap.Data.Hana.HanaCommand.ExecuteNonQuery()
   at Sap.Data.Hana.HanaBulkCopy._WriteToServer(DataRow[] source)
   at Sap.Data.Hana.HanaBulkCopy.WriteToServer(DataTable table)
