2095041 - Syntax_error - Type "CTSOBJLISTV" is unknown

After a system copy or installation, when setting TMS via STMS for the first time, the following syntax error occurs.

Runtime Errors         SYNTAX_ERROR
Date and Time         DD.MM.YY HH.MM.SS
What happened?
    Error in the ABAP Application Program
 
    The current ABAP program "SAPLTMSC" had to be terminated because it has
    come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
 
    The following syntax error occurred in program "SAPLTMSW " in include
     "CL_CTS_OBJECTLIST_INT_QUERY===CU " in
    line 24:
    "Type "CTSOBJLISTV" is unknown"

This issue usually happens on the release with SAP_BASIS 701.
