2095310 - How to process xml messages stuck in /n/SAPPO/PPO2 - the Repeat, Discard and Confirm buttons are inactive in /n/SAPPO/PPO2

Symptom

The Repeat, Discard and Confirm buttons are inactive in /n/SAPPO/PPO2.

This is happening when no Resolution Strategy is defined in SPRO customising for the faulty xml messages, as described in SAP Note 1973768.

However, if You define the Resolution Strategy, it will only be applied for the incoming xml messages in the future.

SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) 7.0 and higher
SAP enhancement package for SAP Supplier Relationship Management

using ESOA services to exchange SRM purchasing documents with xml messaging.

FEH is activated.
