2095338 - Extraction from a planning area fails with COM Error 40010

Symptom

Data is being extracted fron a DP or SNP Planning area using an infopackage or a Data Transfer Process (DTP)
The request Status is red
When navigating to the detailed error message, one of the follong error is displayed:

  • Error for COM routine using Application Program (Return code 40,010)
  • Time Bucket does not Exis
  • Error in Source System
