2095365 - Google Maps Inside Accounts View

Symptom

The Google Maps mash-up is not visible when opening an Account.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In HTML5 UI, go to the Customers work center.
  2. Click on Accounts view.
  3. Click on any Account.
  4. Under Overview tab, Google Map is not rendered even after personalizing this mash-up.

Cause

The Google Maps was designed to work only on Accounts and Visits OWL screen and not inside the Account or Visit.

Resolution

If the feature/functionality is required urgently, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.
