2095515 - Error During Migration of E-mail Activities: CorrespondenceTransmissionStatusCode does not fit to InitiatorCode.

During the migration of e-mail activities the following error occurs: CorrespondenceTransmissionStatusCode does not fit to InitiatorCode.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Select the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select you respective project and click on the Open Activity List button.
4. Navigate to the Integrate and Extend tab.
5. Search for Migration of E-mail Activities and open it.
6. Click on the Migrate e-mail activities using the migration tool hyperlink.
7. Select your template and click on the Execute Migration ->  Execute Migration Step by Step button.
8. In step 1 during the validation of your file no errors are detected.
9. Go to step 2 and click on theEdit Value Conversion for Transmission Status hyperlink.
10. You are mapping the free text you entered in the Transmission Status field with the Transmission Status of the system using the value help.
11. After the Simulation you receive the following error message in the Simulation step: CorrespondenceTransmissionStatusCode does not fit to InitiatorCode

The error message occurs because the converted value does not map the free text of the field Transmission Status in the template to the description of the internal value but actually compares the free text entered in the field Transmission Status with the Target Description of the internal code to  define if the e-mail direction is inbound or outbound. Therefore the entered text in the field Transmission Status of the migration template has to be exactly the same as the value of the Target Description in the input help for our internal code.

To solve this issue you can either upload a new migration template with the correct value in the Transmission Status field or Edit your existing template as follows:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Select the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select you respective project and click on the Open Activity List button.
4. Navigate to the Integrate and Extend tab.
5. Search for Migration of E-mail Activities and open it.
6. Click on the Migrate e-mail activities using the migration tool hyperlink.
7. Select your template and click on the Action -> Edit button,
8. In the Transmission Status field enter one of the following values:
   SENT
   NOT TRANSMITTED
   RECEIVED
9. Click on the Save and Close button.
10. Select your template and click on the Execute Migration ->  Execute Migration Step by Step button.
11. Go to step 2 and click on theEdit Value Conversion for Transmission Status hyperlink.
12. Ensure that the values you entered in the Transmission Status field are mapped with the Transmission Status of the system using the value help.
13. Continue with the migration.

The error will not occur anymore.,

Please note that the values of the Transmission Status field have to be SENT, NOT TRANSMITTED or RECEIVED in English language and cannot be translated to any other language.
