2095577 - Remove white space on the bottom of the browser -LMS

Symptom

 When a user launches a course there is a white space located at the bottom of the browser cutting off the course details.

Environment

SuccessFactor HCM Suite 1408

Cause

 The ContentTestPageEnabled is set to true allowing for debugging of Online Content

Resolution

 In the System Configuration under LMS Admin search for ContentTestPageEnabled and set it to false.
