  • You are wondering how the notifications treat reassigned item.
  • When is a notification sent for a reassigned item?
  • Why is a notification sent for a reassigned item?

Environment

Learning Management System (all supported versions)

Resolution

  • When an item gets assigned and the Learning Plan Notification APM runs, the user will get an email that this item has been added to their Learning Plan.
  • When you remove this item and add it again, and in between the Learning Plan Notification APM does NOT run, then you will not get a new email that the item has been added to their Learning Plan.
  • When you remove the item and have the Learning Plan APM run, you will get an email that this item has been removed.
  • When you then add the item again and have the Learning APM run again, then you will get another email that this item has been added to the Learning Plan.
