Symptom

  • Not able to refresh any crystal reports from Central Management Console(CMC) or BI Launchpad after installing SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform 4.x
  • The page keeps loading without bringing any data.
  • An error is logged in EventViewer: "BusinessObjects_crproc_35208_E: A failure occurred while the server was processing report file 2:(xxxxxxxxx) (RCIRAS0568)".
