2096265 - Analyzing database inconsistency with ID/IR objects

Symptom

Database inconsistency rarely occurs with Integration Repository/Directory objects.
Mainly there're 2 kinds of inconsistency:

1. Changelist inconsistency - errors like the following occurs:
    "..com.sap.aii.utilxi.swing.framework.PersistenceException: Changelist doesn't exists... "
    ".. <Object Name> is already locked in changelist <changelist ID>  by user <username>"
    "Change list specified is already closed..."

2. Inconsistency with specific object - errors like the following occurs:
    "com.tssap.dtr.pvc.versionmg.IVersion.getState() of an object loaded from local variable 'version'..."
    "Merge relation is null"
