2096341 - SAP Work Manager 6.0 - Unable to input time with Japanese language pack.

Customer reports an issue after changing the language from English (default) to Japanese on SAP Work Manager v6.0.

After customer applied the Japanese language pack (using ApplicationText.ja.ini, ClientText.ja.ini, Globals.ja.ini) for SAP Work Manager v6.0, they report that the user is unable to input time for a Work Order. Both hour and minute fields now are disabled and the dropdown box that is to display hours (0-24) and minutes (00-45) shows as blank.

Customer indicates that they deployed a potential workaround by 'not' applying Globals.ja.ini because hour and minute fields seem related to Globals.ja.ini. However, this solution shows fields/captions in the application as partially English and Japanese.
