2096691 - How to Open a HTTP Connection to an SRM System to Reach the Catalog also

Symptom

The customer has a problem with the catalog and SAP Support asks for a HTTP connection. However if SAP Support tries to call the catalog the following error message is displayed:

SAP Web Proxy: destination server not reachable

LOCATION: SAProuter ROUTER on 'HOSTname'

ERROR: HOSTname: route permission denied (SOURCE system to DESTINATION System, PORT)
