2097054 - Conversion from string to type integer is not valid or Input String was not in a correct format - SAP Disclosure Management

Symptom

When users try to use Disclosure Management after installation of the Client they may encounter any of these two errors:

Conversion from string "" to type 'Integer' is not valid

#Input String was not in a correct format#
