2097237 - Usage of IE11 for CRM Interaction Center

Symptom

IC agents want run the CRM Interaction Center Webclient using browser version Internet Explorer version 11. Several errors have been observed, for example

  • when pressing END the account information is not cleared from the context area
  • the height of the context area header is too small
  • dialpad does not work
  • problems with broadcasting, scratch pad, end button, alerts
  • formatting issues

In JavaScript debugging (for example using F12 - developer toolbar), you see Object doesn't support property or method 'attachEvent'
