Symptom
IC agents want run the CRM Interaction Center Webclient using browser version Internet Explorer version 11. Several errors have been observed, for example
- when pressing END the account information is not cleared from the context area
- the height of the context area header is too small
- dialpad does not work
- problems with broadcasting, scratch pad, end button, alerts
- formatting issues
In JavaScript debugging (for example using F12 - developer toolbar), you see Object doesn't support property or method 'attachEvent'
