- Perl / Ruby / Web Services
- Interactive SQL
- Open client
- SAP IQ Cockpit
- SAP IQ Sybase Control Center
If the issue is platform specific, use one or more of the following and specify exact OS version:
- Microsoft Windows (2012, 2008, 2003, Vista, 7, 8 or any other specific version)
- Solaris on Sparc 64bit
- Solaris on x86_64 64bit
- Linux on Power 64bit
- Linux on x86_64 64bit
- AIX
- HP-UX on IA64 64bit
If issue involves a 3rd party software like Visual Studio, Cognos, Hyperion etc please specify tool name and exact version.
If issue involves other SAP products like BW-NLS, HANA, Lumira, Business Objects, SAP SQL Anywhere, SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise etc then specify the full name and exact version of these products (see relevant KBA Templates).
