Symptom

  • After saving a Web Intelligence report to Excel, the cell format in the resulting file is not the same as the report
  • When a cell within the Web Intelligence report is too large, its content is displayed in multiple columns and rows (instead of one cell)
  • One column may be exported as multiple columns even if it is not large enough
