Symptom

  • After installing of SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.x Client tools, Web Intelligence Rich Client is failed to start
  • There are multiple errors in the Windows Application Event log, like: "Product: repoaccess.repoaccess_plugins_webi.binfiles-4.0-core-32 -- The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2203. The arguments are: C:\Windows\Installer\371cfed.ipi, -2147287035,)"
