2098272 - Export of HANA DB is falied with: NW(<SID>).hasABAP() is undefined).

During the datasbase export of HANA system using sapinst (SWPM-Tool sapnote: 1680045) it fails in the step setLoadType with the following error in sapinst_dev.log, which is existing in the sapinst_instdir:
