2098464 - SNC using 64 bit SAPCrypto or CommonCryptoLib DLLs fail in Newly Installed BI4.1 Environment

Symptom

After installing BI4.1 with the 64 bit SAP drivers for Web Intelligence, SNC Single Sign-On fails using the 64 bit version of the sapcrpyto DLL.

NOTE: This can also happen with an upgrade from BI4 to BI4.1 when selecting to install the SAPBW64 drivers.
