2098479 - Import Content Failed: Unable to deploy the zip file....Invalid URI escape sequence "%_H"

When attempting to import content, the job fails with the following error:

The zip file to import cannot contain % as part of a filename.

Check all filenames in the imported .zip file. In this instance a filename was test%_HR.jpg.

Remove the % in the filename and the .zip will import successfully.
