2098636 - Questionnaire Survey does not allow questions to be changed

After publishing a Questionnaire Survey an admin opens up the survey in edit mode, selects the questions tab and the question type is no longer able to be updated.

Once a survey has been sent to a user and completed, the question type field cannot be changed. This is working as intended.

Create a new survey from the copy of the one you want to edit, and publish it as a new survey.
