2099039 - Unable to test mailforms for Service Request.

Symptom

Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

  • In CRM7.0 EhP3 it is no longer feasable to test mailforms for service request as attribute SRVREQ_ID is no longer available. The attribute was available in SAP CRM 7.0 Ehp1.
  • The 'Service Request ID' field has disappeared from the 'Test & Send Preview' for Mail Forms after an upgrade.
  • The 'Service Request ID' field is not presented from the 'Test & Send Preview' for Mail Forms.
