2099440 - Termination Payments Report incorrectly displays salary

Symptom

Consider below example:
An employee who has obsolete position assignment in IT0001 records had been paid for payroll period 05.2014 and payroll control record has been moved to payroll period 06.2014, and its status is now 'Rel.f.Correction'. When this employee is retrospecitvely termianted by termination organiser on the end date of payroll period 05.2014, termination payments report displays salary in component 'Additions and Allowances'. Ideally, there should not be any salary displayed as the employee is inactive.
