2099449 - Error message E0400 from PA30 transaction. Entry in outbound table not found.

When creating or modifying employee data from transactions like PA30, PA40, SU01, etc. the following error message appears:

Entry in outbound table not found
Message no. E0400

This is triggered by ALE customizing code which is ran by function HCM_P_BP_INTEGRATION, which might get called from some of the HR badi implementations of BADIs such as HRPAD00INFTY, etc.
