2100003 - A detailed list of objects is not displaying in CMC

Symptom

A detailed list of objects under Folders, Category, Promotion Management, Event, Groups and Users and so on is not displaying in CMC.

Environment

SAP Business Intelligence Platform 4.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to CMC.
  2. Click on the Folders, Category, Promotion Management, Event, Groups and Users and so on.
  3. Detailed list of objects is not displaying, only the total number of objects is displays in the left corner.

Cause

Problem with IE zoom level.

Resolution

On the Internet Explorer setting the Zoom level of to 100% resolved the issue.
