2100029 - Missing View Web Service Message Monitoring in Work Center Application and User Management

Symptom

The Web Service Message Monitoring view cannot be found in the Application and User Management Work center.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
  2. View Web Service Message Monitoring is not available.

Cause

This view is not included in the scope. Select the corresponding question in the scope to add this view.

Resolution

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to Implementation Projects view.
  3. Select Edit Project Scope button.
  4. Go to step 4 Questions.
  5. Expand Communication and Information Exchange > Business Process Management > Process-Integrated Input and Output Management.
  6. For group Web Service Message Monitoring, there's a question: Do you want to enable Web Service Message Monitor?
  7. Check it and save the scope change.
