2101260 - SXI_CACHE: Receiver is not an ABAP business system

While performing the Complete Cache Refresh in SXI_CACHE the following error is thrown:
Receiver xxxx is not an ABAP business system >= 7.10 and therefore has no cache.

(Important : Transaction SXI_CACHE is only relevant on a PI system, as it stores the PI Integration objects in the PI DB cache - with some exceptions documented in KBA in See Also section.)
