2101325 - Schedule Adhoc job to FTP Folder

NOTE - Customers will not be able to access provisioning area. Please engage your implementation partner or product consultant for assistance. 

Scheduling an Ad Hoc Report on to the FTP server in provisioning.

SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics

1. Access Provisioning environment

2. Select "Managed scheduled jobs"

3. Create new job and input job details provided from customer

4. File available in FTP will be un-selected

File available in FTP should be selected so customer can find the report within their FTP folder

In the Manage Scheduled Jobs in Provisioning make sure the FTP box is checked.
