2101339 - BEx Analyzer 3.x appears when BEx Analyzer 7.0 is executing

Symptom

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

When you execute BEx Analyzer 7.0, BEx Analyzer 3.x shows right above the BEx Analyzer 7.0 buttons.

This behavior is incorrect. BEx Analyzer 3.x is not delivered by SAP anymore since April of 2013 and the toolbar should not appear.

The issue could happens on all hardware and software supported by SAP.
