2101868 - User can input data to Audittrail DataSource type A and M -BPC NW

Symptom

BPC doesn't prevent  sending data via an input schedule to audittrail member with DATASRC_TYPE 'A' or 'M'.

DATASRC_TYPE 'A' are dedicated for Automatic Adjustement Elimination

DATASRC_TYPE 'M' are dedicated for Manual Adjustement

Only  DATASRC_TYPE 'I' are dedicated for Input.
