2102797 - Error message ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT

Employee photo is not displayed via portal for example in employee search.

Prerequisites:

• Photos are stored in a repository of type '03 SAP SystemDatabase' in backend system (check in transaction OAC0).
• HTTPwatch trace shows the error message: "ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT".
• Access URL looks like: http://<server>/sap/bc/contentserver/<client>?get&pVersion=<version>&contRep=<repositoryID>&docId=...
  (note: URL does not contain port value).
• Photo is displayed using transaction PA20 (or PA30).
