2102943 - Copying cycle from another controlling area

Symptom

There are same hierarchy group name(for example: same cost center group) in two controlling area A and B, you used this hierarchy group as sender or receiver in the cycle A01 of controlling area A, and then create a new cycle B01 in controlling area B by copy from A01/A. After you executed the cycle, you find the result is incorrect.
