2103261 - Error when trying to export Master data to a file -BPC NW

Symptom

When trying to export Master data to a file, the package failed with the following error:

"An exception with the type CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_TYPE occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause
 
Call of the method CONSTRUCTOR of the class CX_UJD_DATAMGR_ERROR failed; wrong type for parameter ERROR"
