When executing reports based on the data federator facade RSDRI_DF one or more of the following symptoms are experienced:
Performance and Memory issues
- "White screen when loading Webi", "Webi reports are taking longer than usual to refresh", "Data Federator queries against BW hang", "Error opening connection with IDT"
Wrong data issues
- "Rounding issue", "Long text not visible", "Records missing in BW"
Authorization issues
- "You do not have sufficient authorization for the infoprovider", EYE001, EYE007, "S_RS_AUTH with 0BI_ALL requested"
Troubleshooting and Support
- You are lacking information and tools how to check the issue in BW and relate to the DF definitions.
