2103287 - How can we report on applications that are not yet reviewed by recruiters? - Recruiting Management

Symptom

In the Candidate Workbench, you can see applications or candidates that are tagged as "New". This means recruiters have not opened/viewed these applications yet.

How can we report on these applications that are not yet reviewed by recruiters?

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)

Resolution

To report on these applications or candidates, you may use the field Snapshot Date from the Application entity of Ad Hoc report.

Snapshot Date is being captured by the system when the application is first opened by any recruiting role. That said, if the Snapshot Date is "blank" it means the applicant is not viewed yet. Otherwise the date on when the application was first viewed will pull into the report.

In this example, I used the Snapshot Date as a filter so that the report will only pull all the applications tagged as "New".

1. Go to the Filters section and then click on Refine Criteria to add a filter

2. Select Applications entity and then check the Snapshot Date field

3. Go to By Rule tab and then click on Add Rule button

4. From the dropdown choose Is null. Click Done.
