2103344 - How to create an Administrator in Learning Administration

Symptom

You would like to create a new Administrator in the SAP Successfactors Learning Management System.

Resolution

  1. In the LMS Admin view go to System Administration > Security > Administrators;
  2. Hit"Add new";
  3. In the new window, fill in the relevant fields.
  4. Click on "Add". The new Administrator account is now created.
  5. Now you can navigate to Assigned Roles and assign the appropriate permissions to the admin as per the inctructions on the following link:

NOTE: The password set here on LMS Administration is only used for native login. It will not impact SSO or BizX password for this admin.
