Symptom

A job is posted in English but from Agency Portal view the user cannot always see that requisition posted.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access Agency portal
  2. update the language dropdown to English US, the job is visible
  3. update the language dropdown to English UK, the job is not visible

Cause

English US and English UK are not considered as the same locale.

Resolution

If you expect the Agency should see the same job when they select English US or English US language in the page, be sure that the job requisition is actually posted in both locales.
