2103376 - Unable to Find Job Requisition When Trying to Forward a Candidate Using Forward to Requisition - Recruiting Management

• User is unable to find a job requisition to forward the candidate to although the job requisition is present in the system.
• Why are we unable to search for a certain job requisition in the instance when trying to forward a candidate to that particular job requisition using the Forward to Requisition feature?

Candidates can be forwarded to a job requisition in one of the following ways:

1. Forward to Requisition from Candidate Search results;
2. Forward to Requisition from the Job Application record;
3. Forward to Requisition from the Candidate Profile record.

The system will not allow you to forward a candidate to a requisition using Forward to Requisition feature if the job requisition system status is Pre-Approved or Closed.

Note: Please make sure that the search does not include any criteria that will not match with the Job Requisition you are looking for.

Only Open/Fully Approved job requisitions will be available to forward a candidate to.
