Symptom

  • Additional token support | Additional 125 tokens for use in emails and offer letters can be set up via Provisioning
  • How can I configure them?

Cause

  • Universal change implemented in B1405

Resolution

  • They are not available for customers to update as you need to access Provisioning.
  • Customer Support and Partners may add additional custom tokens for you in Provisioning
  • Customer Support and Partners have no other change to make but to enter the correct field id.
