2103722 - No window opens when exporting to AIR /Flash in Dashboards BI4

Symptom

  • No window pops-up when attempting to export a dashboard to AIR or Flash format

Environment

  • SAP Dashboards 4

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Dashboard
  2. Open a dashboard
  3. File > Export to AIR

Resolution

Workaround:

  • You need to first select a component present in the canvas in order to be able to export
