Resolution
- In recruiting module, is possible to set a configuration in Recruiting Settings to set up a default email address return for system-generated emails. But sometimes, users are receiving emails notifications with a default email address even when the email was manually sent, or with a different email address than the one in Recruiting Settings.
- This can be caused due a companywide configuration, called “Single Sender”. Once it is configured, all emails sent through Successfactors will follow the setting.

- In the backend, CS can enabled/disable/configure this setting in provisioning:
Please, be aware that enable or disable this configuration will affect all modules for the company.
