2103938 - Activation errors when manually implementing the notes 2016157 and 2024107 - BPC NW 10.1 SP 02 Patch 01.

The user is implementing SAP Note 2013466 - SAP Business Planning & Consolidation 10.1 NW SP02 Patch 01 Central Note. According to this note, for BPC 10.1 Classic environment, 2 mandatory ABAP notes must be installed:
2016157 - New restful service for search user to replace POA userservice
2024107 - Add user fails when user already exists
