Resolution
Clearing your 'DNS cache' can solve the 404 maintenance error page described above and it is a one-time process. Please see the operating system specific instructions below.
Windows system (Windows 2000, XP, 7, 8, 10 and 11) follow the steps below:
- Close all browsers;
- Open the Start menu;
- Type "Command Prompt" in the search bar;
- In the Command Prompt enter 'ipconfig /flushdns'. Note: There is a space after 'ipconfig' and no space after '/';
- Press Enter or Return, and your cache will be flushed;
- Type "ipconfig /release " (no quotes) and press "Enter"
- Once the prompt returns, type " ipconfig /renew " (no quotes), then hit "Enter,"
- Open browser and access BizX application per normal procedure;
In MAC iOS System:
- Close all browsers;
- Go to Applications;
- Go to Utilities;
- Open the Terminal application;
- Type: 'dscacheutil -flushcache';
- Press Enter or Return, and your cache will be flushed;
- Open browser and access BizX application per normal procedure.
