  4. Click on the segment where you wish to apply Conditional Formatting.  In this example, we will use R1C6, since we want to apply the rules in this part of the composite query.  Click on Conditional Formatting:

  5. Select "Add New Rule" to go into the Rule Options.  Specify your Operator Type, Value(s), etc.   You can also stop the rule from running if it is true, so that no other rules run.  The "Rule Symbol" allows you to select a particular symbol for this value. You will also have the option to highlight either the value, the symbol, or both.

Rule Format Style is where you can set your color options and Rule Legend Text Options is where you can specify the name that appears on site to display what this rule represents, as well as display a legend to also indicate what it is represents.
  6. In this example, we will be highlighting in green only those values that are between 0 and 2000.

  7. Those that fall outside of this range do not get highlighted unless a new rule is specified as per the example below

  8. Once all of your conditional formatting rules have been created, click on Close and then Preview to see the rules being applied to the data.
