2104006 - Items are not displayed in FO for pick up or delivery

Symptom

After a forwarding order (FWO) is created and air warder (AW) routing is pulled a freight order (FO) is created. If you open the FO you can see the FWO present in the document flow tab but the items are not present in the items tab of the FO.
