2104468 - Refer A Friend Email is Returning an Error - Recruiting Management

Users are getting an error when they are trying to refer a friend from the Careers page.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)

1. Careers > View Jobs > Select Action > Refer Friend to Job
2. Fill in Required Fields
3. Click 'Send'
4. You are going to receive an error.

There are several email options that can be set up for refer a friend. In order to Enable Employee Referral emails follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Admin Tools > System Properties > Recruiting Email Triggers.

2. Add the Enable Employee Referral Program Candidate” to the General pool notification.

3. You can also associate the Enable Employee Referral Program Candidate” to a job requisition.
