In SuccessFactors Recruiting, when a user is attempting to construct the Offer Approval for a candidate of a job requisition within the appropriate status of the Recruiting Talent pipeline, the Offer approval comments are not wrapping in the text area box of Offer Approval template.

Cause
This is common browser issue when the person has "Compatibility View" enabled.
Resolution
- Please have the user remove the SuccessFactors website from compatibility view.
- This can be done through the browser > tools > compatibility view settings.
